A.C.T Examination Cell

The Examination Cell was established in the academic year 2008-09, for the purpose of conducting Anna University Chennai & Local Assessment Test for B.E/B.Tech Courses. It is headed by the Principal and assist by Exam Cell Co-ordinator. There is sufficient number of supporting staff to look after the routine work of the Cell. The Cell is well established in terms of infrastructure, computing and printing facilities.

Activities :

All University exams related works are done inside the confidential room like Generation & Photocopying of exam Question papers, storing all unused answer scripts, Packing & dispatching of Written Answer scripts to the Zonal/COE.

Activities - University Examinations:

Generation & Registration of subject for students for Writing University examinations.

Issue of Notifications to candidates as per the University.

Issue of Hall Tickets to candidates/students.

Downloading & Displaying of Examination Time Tables.

Conducting University examinations with the guidance of Anna University Chennai for B.E Courses.

Dispatching the Answer scripts day wise.

Displaying the examinations results published by University.

Activities - Internal Assessment Examinations:

Preparation of schedule for conducting Internal Assessment Test(IAT) & Model Exams.

Preparation of Time table, Seating arrangements ,Hall plan & Duty list

Conducting IAT & Model Exams.

Evaluating and publishing the Internal test results.

Maintaining the records of IAT & Model exams marks

Note :

The students are hereby instructed to read the Rules and Regulations for the four year Degree Courses in Engineering to understand the scheme of instruction and examination rules prescribed by Anna University Chennai.

Notifications :

First year students are advised to pay your examination fee on or before 22/5/13
